Does Party Crew work in New York City?

Accepted Answer

Yes — about half of our work is in New York City. Although we're based in Greenwich, Connecticut, we're 45 minutes from Midtown and operate seamlessly across all five boroughs, Westchester, and the Hamptons.

What NYC neighborhoods and venues do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Everywhere. Midtown rooftops and penthouses, downtown lofts in Tribeca and SoHo, Brooklyn warehouses in DUMBO and Williamsburg, gallery spaces in Chelsea, the Upper East Side townhouses, Long Island City sky decks. We work with private venues, member clubs, and hotels including the Pierre, the Carlyle, the Mark, the Plaza, and the Mandarin Oriental.

Do you only do weddings or also corporate events?

Both. In NYC our corporate work skews heavily — product launches, brand activations, annual galas, shareholder dinners, and press events for fashion, finance, tech, and luxury hospitality clients. On the private side: weddings, milestone birthdays, charity benefits, and Hamptons summer events.

Do you handle Hamptons summer events?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Hamptons (Southampton, East Hampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, Montauk) is one of our core summer markets. We plan oceanfront weddings, private estate galas, brand activations, and intimate dinners. The drive from Greenwich is roughly the same as from Midtown.

Do NYC events cost more than Connecticut events?

Generally yes — NYC venue rentals, vendor rates, union labor on certain venues, and load-in logistics add up. We're transparent about line-item differences when we quote a proposal. The discovery call is the right place to align on budget tier before we scope the design.

Question 6

How quickly can you plan an NYC event?

Accepted Answer

We've executed full-service NYC events on as little as 6 weeks' notice, but the comfortable window for a 100-guest event is 3 months and for a 300+ guest gala is 6–9 months. Rush projects are quoted with a rush fee that reflects the compressed vendor coordination.
