Three pillars of service
Signature Cocktail Design
We create 3–5 original cocktails per event, tailored to your theme, colors, and flavor preferences. Includes custom naming and menu card design.
Full Bar Programs
Open bar, premium bar, or consumption bar options. We supply glassware, ice, garnishes, mixers, and a full team of trained bartenders.
Bar Installations
From vintage brass carts to illuminated acrylic bars, we design and build bar setups that become the visual centerpiece of your event.
A lineup we built last season
Three of the original menus we developed for clients across Greenwich, the Hamptons, and Manhattan. Recipes get retired after the night they were built for — yours will be new.

Glass, ice, garnish, mixers, and the physical bar — vintage carts, lit acrylic, custom builds.
Bespoke menu, no rebrands
Original recipes developed for the event, with a tasting before we lock anything in. No reused house menus.
Common Questions
What to know before booking our bar services.
Do you provide the alcohol or do we buy it?add
Both options are available. We can source all spirits, wines, and beers through our wholesale partners, or work with alcohol you provide. We handle glassware, ice, garnishes, and mixers either way.
How many bartenders do I need?add
For cocktail-focused events, we recommend 1 bartender per 40-50 guests. For high-volume open bars, 1 per 30 guests. We'll give you an exact count based on your drink menu and service style.
Can you create non-alcoholic cocktail menus?add
Absolutely. We design full zero-proof menus with the same level of complexity and presentation as our alcoholic offerings. Many clients request a 50/50 split.
How far in advance should I book bar services?add
We recommend 8-12 weeks for custom cocktail development and tasting sessions. For standard bar packages, 4-6 weeks is usually sufficient.
